Scanned passages on site, not checked off from memory
Each checkpoint has a QR or NFC beacon. The agent scans it with their mobile at the exact moment of passage: Chronicle records the time, location, and identity. It’s impossible to validate a patrol without being physically present.
- On-site QR / NFC scan: the agent’s presence at the point is proven, time-stamped, and geolocated.
- Mandatory route: mandatory unscanned points are immediately flagged as missing.

A missed patrol triggers the alert immediately
If a required point is not scanned within the scheduled window, Chronicle does not wait until the end of the shift: the supervisor and security control room receive an instant alert. The delay or omission is handled while it can still be corrected.
